Supergut Peanut Butter Banana Shake Recipe

This classic pairing of peanut butter, banana, and our decadent chocolate shake is worth getting out of bed for. Never have so few ingredients combined to make such an impact on your taste buds. 

Fresh, unsweetened peanut butter coupled with just a bit of banana ups the flavor factor without spiking blood sugar. Bananas add amazing health benefits to your diet too — without adding excess calories. Bananas are a great source of fiber, vitamin B6, and potassium. If you can get your bananas on the greener side, they’re also rich in pectin and resistant starch, which help to regulate blood sugar. Green bananas are actually one of the main ingredients in Supergut!  

You can use fresh bananas, or slice and freeze them ahead of time to make your shake extra, extra creamy. 

Time: 2 Minutes


  • 1 Serving – Supergut Chocolate or Supergut Vegan Chocolate
  • 12 oz – Unsweetened Almond Milk or Water
  • 2 Tbsp – Unsweetened Peanut Butter
  • ¼ piece – Fresh Banana
  • 1 cup – Ice


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Try your best to wait until tomorrow morning before having another one.
