The newest Supergut flavor — Strawberry — is a hit! This creamy, fruity and refreshing flavor is packed with 15g of our metabolism boosting resistant starch fiber blend, 15g of protein and of course, zero added sugar to help improve glycemic control, curb cravings, and more.

This recipe recalls that memorable strawberry lemonade flavor, without all that added sugar that’s typically loaded into lemonade, but adds a level of creaminess that takes it up another notch. We add fresh whole strawberries, lemon zest and lemon juice for a little sour kick, plus almond milk to round out the creamy texture.

Makes 1 serving. 10g net carbs, 2g sugar, 237 calories per serving


  • 1 serving – Supergut Strawberry
  • 2 tsp – lemon zest
  • 3 whole – strawberries
  • 3 Tbsp – lemon juice
  • ½ cup – ice
  • 8 oz – unsweetened almond milk 


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or mixer
  2. Blend for 10-15 seconds or until smooth and creamy
  3. Sip, smile, and repeat!
